Product Description

YTTD3008 is based on rutile titanium dioxide produced by the extraction process and is widely used as a general-purpose product in the plastics industry. The advanced production process results in good processibility in high concentration masterbatch applications, and the special surface treatment technology provides excellent anti-cracking properties under high temperature processing conditions. This product comes as a fine, dry white powder.

Application Suggestions

YTT3008 is mainly used in the plastics industry, especially for highly concentrated thermoplastic masterbatches and systems where minimal melt flow impact is required, such as engineering plastics and various film applications.

The special surface treatment of YTTD3008 minimizes the impact on the melt fluidity of the masterbatch, thus enabling manufacturers to obtain high pigment contents in resins with relatively low melt indices. At the same time, this product remains a melt processable material.

Health & Safety

Although YTTD3008 is non-toxic, operators are required to wear the necessary dust masks and goggles when using the product to prevent dust hazards. For more information on product safety, please refer to the safety brochure.

Storage & Transport

YTTD3008 should not be stored outdoors, but in a dry, venti-lated area, off the ground, on pallets or on racks to avoid moisture. The product should be protected from rain and sunlight during transport to prevent contamination and damage to the packaging. The product can only be stored for a long period of time if the above requirements are met, and the first-in-first-out principle must be implemented during.

Product Packaging

YTTD3008 is available in two packaging sizes: 25kg and 1000kg. Other specifications are also available if customers have specifcrequirements.
