Yortay Sliver White pearlescent pigment consists of mica flakes coated with TiO2. Silver white pearl pigment have two different kinds of titanium dioxides available, that is, rutile and anatase. The former has better weather resistance than the latter. It can add into resin, then formed the pearl paint.

But how to make pearl paint?

1.Pretreatment

The pulping should be dispersed in advance and then mixed in the lacquer.

2.Mixing paint and matters needing attention

I.Pearlescent pigments can be used with transparent dyes or pigments to achieve a unique and beautiful color effect, but if mixed with opaque pigments, the pearl gloss will be reduced.

Ⅱ. The particles of pearlescent pigment can be destroyed by mixing with high shear force or long agitation, which is the reason why the pearl gloss is reduced.

Ⅲ. Ink or paint at low viscosity, pearlescent pigment particles will precipitate, when used please stir.

Ⅳ. As a result of complementary color phenomenon, do not use pearlescent pigment rainbow color series products mixed.

1.printing ink

It can be used in various printing systems as intaglio printing, offset printing, surface printing and etc. It can make packing cards, name cards, decoration, wallpaper, yew paper, greeting cards, tobacco and wine packaging, etc.

2. coating field

It can be applied in many coating, including powder coating, vehicle paint, green paint, plastic-based paint, wood-based paint, surface coating for synthetic leather/textile/industrial, decorative paint and so on.
